Higgy Vasquez is, hmmm... someone who is amazingly talented.  He appears in "Across a Blue Sea's Laguna Beach" program showcasing his many musical skills.  Higgy is not your regular sort of musician. Higgy demonstrates how to play clay bird whistles, talking drums and the diggery-do. You will often find him at the beach drumming or in the middle of a drum circle leading the group, showing others how to drum, and basically drumming and dancing up a storm. At Laguna Beach he facilitates the Main Beach Summer Drum circle.

Higgy is a performer, a break-dancer and a muralist. He has been featured in Remo's World Percussion Experience and is often invited to perform in public events.  He has supported causes such as "Relay for Life," in the fight to cure cancer. He has also performed for the premier museum of Orange County, the Bowers Museum at festivals and taught drumming at the Bowers Kidseum.
